SHIPPING DELAYS AND CUSTOMS ISSUES

Please be aware that during the promotional period, there may be delays in processing your order due to high demand. Additionally, there may be additional taxes and fees imposed based on your country's customs and tax policies. This is especially true for EU countries, which may restrict the import of cosmetics. To ensure a smooth and safe delivery, we recommend that you check your local customs policy in advance. Please note that any additional taxes and fees will be the responsibility of the recipient.

 

SHIPPING RATES

-INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international shipping, both standard shipping and Express shipping are available. Expedited shipping via FedEx. Please note that currently only US, Canada, Austrailia, Hong Kong, and UAE are available for purchasing shipping.

 

PROCESSING TIME

-For orders placed on weekdays, it may take between 1 to 3 days to process your order.

-For orders placed on weekends, please allow 3-5 business days for processing after the following business day.

 

DELIVERY TRACKING

POSSIBLE DELAYS/ FAILED DELIVERY

In case of international orders, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays from the original delivery estimated time. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at daeun@k-goodskin.com

 

CUSTOMS & TAX

-Please be aware that certain countries may have restrictions on the import of cosmetics based on their policies. As a result, additional taxes and fees may apply depending on the customs and tax policies of the recipient's country. The recipient will be responsible for any import duties or taxes incurred during the customs clearance process. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for orders affected by tax issues. To ensure safe shipping and avoid any issues, it is recommended that you contact customs beforehand and check your local customs policy for more information.

-In case of additional documents for customs clearance we will provide them to the best of our abilities though it may not be guaranteed.
