Please note that customers will be responsible for the delivery fee for all returns. Daeun Global will only cover the delivery charge in case of missing, damaged, or incorrect products. Please be aware that items purchased during "Specific Promotions" and those marked as "Gifts" are not eligible for refunds, exchange, or store credit.

All products purchased within 15 days are eligible for a refund to the original payment method.

Please note that any items purchased on daeunglobal.com must be returned via a shipping carrier only. Our office cannot accept hand-delivered returns, and the retail stores cannot process returns for items purchased on our website. Please note that only products purchased on Daeun Global will be accepted for returns. Any items purchased through Daeun Global's retail stores, either online or offline, will not be processed, and the package will be returned to the sender.

Daeun Global reserves the right to refuse returns of counterfeit items. Such products are not eligible for exchange or refund and will be sent back to the sender. Daeun Global accepts returns of gently used products but also reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange at any time.
CONDITIONS

All products must be returned in new condition; we do not accept damaged or used products and they will be sent back to the customer.

When returning a purchase, make sure to include any gifts or samples received. Refunds will not be issued until all items are received.
REFUNDS

Please provide info@koreanskincare.kr with a receipt from your carrier to confirm that you have returned the package. Once we receive the receipt, we will process the refund within 5 business days. Please also keep the tracking number of your return package for your own records. Kindly note that Daeun Global cannot be held responsible for any return packages that are not received at our office.

After your submission is approved, you will receive a confirmation email containing additional instructions.
