3. What is Daeun's refund policy?

Please note the following refund policy:

  • Customers are responsible for the delivery fee for all returns. Daeun will cover the delivery charge only in case of missing, damaged, or incorrect products.
  • Items purchased during "Specific Promotions" and those marked as "Gifts" are not eligible for refunds, exchange, or store credit. Please check with info@daeunglobal.com for promotion information.
  • All products purchased within 60 days are eligible for a refund to the original payment method.
  • Products purchased on k-goodskin.com must be returned via a shipping carrier. Our office cannot accept hand-delivered returns, and retail stores cannot process returns for items purchased on our website.
  • K-Goodskin reserves the right to refuse returns of counterfeit items. Gently used products may be accepted for returns, but K-Goodskin also reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange at any time.

4. What are the conditions for a refund?

Please adhere to the following conditions for a refund:

  • All products must be returned in new condition. Damaged or used products will be sent back to the customer.
  • When returning a purchase, include any gifts or samples received. Refunds will not be issued until all items are received.

5. How do I process a return?

To begin your return, please submit your return request query to info@daeunglobal.com. After your submission is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with additional instructions.

6. What are Daeun's shipping policies?

Please take note of the following shipping information:

During promotional periods, there may be delays in processing your order due to high demand. Additionally, there may be additional taxes and fees imposed based on your country's customs and tax policies.

For international shipping, both standard shipping and Express shipping are available. Expedited shipping via FedEx. Please note that currently only US, Canada, Austrailia, Hong Kong, and UAE are available for purchasing shipping.

Processing time for orders placed on weekdays is between 1 to 3 days. For orders placed on weekends, please allow 3-5 business days for processing after the following business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order ships. If you have any questions, please email us at info@daeunglobal.com.

In case of international orders, customs clearance procedures may cause delays. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at daeun@k-goodskin.com.

Additional taxes and fees may apply based on the customs and tax policies of the recipient's country. The recipient will be responsible for any import duties or taxes incurred during the customs clearance process. Please contact customs beforehand and check your local customs policy for more information.

In case of additional documents required for customs clearance, we will provide them to the best of our abilities, but it may not be guaranteed.
